Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Tea
Apple Cider Vinegar is known for its benefits. One of the main reasons people use it is because it lowers blood sugar levels and fights diabetes. Apple Cider Vinegar is also used for weight loss purposes and to reduce belly fat.
24 ounces of Water
4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pinch cayenne pepper
4 Tbsp. honey
Dissolve cinnamon, cayenne, honey, and lemon in hot water. Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture. Drink immediately for a warm cup of detox tea and store the rest in the fridge in an airtight container.
Orange, carrot and ginger juice
This juice is the perfect blend of vitamins and antioxidant properties to help digestion. Oranges are the powerhouse of antioxidants and vitamin C. Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene and fiber which aid in weight loss and digestion and ginger has been used since time immemorial for digestion, bloating, stomach cramps.
