Nutrition is key to any fitness journey! It is important to make sure you are fueling your body with proper and nutritious foods in order to see results. Some people are intimidated by healthy foods and get stumped on what types of foods to make. It’s a lot easier (and cheaper) than most people think!
These protein balls are so simple to make and so delicious! This is a no bake recipe and doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to make, so they are a huge time saver! They also last for about 5 days in a Tupperware in the fridge. They’re the perfect post workout snack, regular snack, or healthy dessert!
- 2 cups oats
- 2 scoops Fitonomy Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk!
- Once stirred together, roll them to form small balls and put them in a container to place in the fridge!
Give them a try and see how you like them. They definitely won’t disappoint!
