How to Become Taller and Get Perfect Posture in 1 Week

Posted on October 13 2017

Alice Robinson from England tested several popular techniques and managed to become 1.5 cm taller in a week thanks to stretching her spinal column and increasing the intervertebral disk height by 1-2 mm. Correct posture will add another inch to your height.

You actually become taller even while you’re asleep. 10 minutes of lying on your back adds 5 mm of height. This happens due to the shrinking of the spine during the day and its returning to shape when you lie down.

You can make this last by doing certain exercises (Use Fitonomy App there are more than 500 exercises), although remember that an adult whose growth zones have closed (>25 years old) won’t get any astonishing results.

Ride A Bicycle

To become taller by riding a bike, adjust the seat so that you have to stretch your legs to reach the pedals. Don’t place it too high, though, or you can damage your joints.

Hang On A Bar

This is an easy exercise. You don’t need to do chin-ups: just hang on to the bar, stay like this for as long as you can, and gradually increase the time. The exercise helps strengthen the spinal and abdominal muscles.

Stand On Your Shoulders

In this stance, stretch your legs upward as hard as you can. It’s crucial to keep your body at a right angle and not allow your legs to fall abruptly, or you may get injured.

Do The Cobra Exercise

Apart from being good for your spine, this exercise can also stretch your back, abs, the back of your hips, and your buttocks.

Do Body Bends

While bending, try to keep your legs straight and touch your fingers to your toes. Start off gently, and gradually increase the number and depth of the bends.

Jump

You can jump rope, play basketball, or just jump on the spot. The exercise helps strengthen the bones and muscles, and, in time, you’ll become a little taller.

Make A Crab On Your Shoulders

This simple exercise helps strengthen the lower back while pumping your abs and buttocks.

Swim

Swimming tops the list of exercises that help you get taller. In the water, the load on the intervertebral disks and bones is far less, and your joints become more mobile. This makes increasing height easier.

What You Should Mind

Some other factors influencing your height include:

  • Your diet.
  • Sound sleep.

To become taller, you should consume sufficient amounts of calcium, iron, vitamin D, and other elements and vitamins that your body needs to function properly.

You should sleep on a hard surface. It is best to pick an appropriate orthopedic mattress and a pillow to match.

All these will help you grow a bit and keep your posture perfect.
