1. SHIPMENT & TRACKING
Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing Your order. You will receive an e-mail with Your tracking information. Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for Your tracking link to be activated. All our products are high-quality goods produced in the US, and contain natural ingredients.
- Shipping Times. Any shipment made to a U.S based address will take anywhere form 2-4 business days. International Orders take anywhere from 10-12 business days.
- Tracking Information. Once Your package has been shipped, You will receive an e-mail notification from USPS with Your tracking information, along with a tracking link. The link will allow you to track your package once it is on route to its destination address.
- Custom Charges. If customs charges occur, please note that You, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, are not responsible for customs charges and have no influence on local customs and the time needed for packages to pass through customs. However, We guarantee the shipping times as placed on Our Website.
- Subscribe & Save. At checkout, You can sign up to the subscribe & save option. If You sign up, a new order will be placed every 30 days with a discount. Your credit card will be charged automatically. Please make sure to check Your order carefully before placing.
- Order Issues. If You have any problems with Your order, please contact Us at email@example.com so that We can make it right. Please keep in mind that the products You are buying are handmade and contain natural ingredients only so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
You have 30 business days to return your order under our return policy, which starts on the day after You received the item. Reimbursement requests will only be considered if the packaging is unopened and is in its original container. All apparel items are non-refundable. Returned apparel will only qualify for an exchange or store credit. All returned apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging to be considered for an exchange/store credit.
